California’s renewable energy schemes are complete failure
Yesterday, YouTuber Wasteland By Wednesday released a video of him sneaking into a dilapidated California renewable energy facility. The video reveals the shocking truth about green renewable energy projects and demonstrates what happens when federal and state government subsidies run dry.
The renewable energy facility, known as the Ivanpah Power Station, can be seen in extreme disarray. Broken mirrors, dilapidated frames, and wires are strewn across the desert floor, focusing an inefficient concentration of light toward a central tower where the focused light can heat water, turn turbines, and produce energy.
Once known for cooking birds right out of the sky, the Ivanpah facility now appears to be abandoned but is kept on life support to meet California’s extraordinary energy demands. The facility in its current state is a contradictory environmental disaster.
