This is a lesson the New York Times certainly needs to learn. Have you seen their Opinion video with Senator Cory Booker titled, “Meet the People Getting Paid to Kill Our Planet”? It is clearly a propaganda hit piece that portrays a horrible and blatantly false picture about agriculture, farming families, and makes us wonder where the video producers and Cory Booker himself obtain the food they eat. The video even makes restaurants look bad – ironically, hospitality and dining is a huge part of the economy in New York City.

It is important to know that there are special interest groups (NGOs) that are pushing this narrative. These special interest groups have evolved into a wealthy and well-organized movement that is determined to change our way of life. Senator Cory Booker is an animal extremist who practices veganism and is also an Humane Society of the United States “award winner” .

Animal and environmental extremist groups like the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and the Humane Society Legislative Fund (HSLF), and many others are aiming to control agriculture, land, and water use, and eliminate human-animal interaction as well as hunting and fishing.
