In a video posted on YouTube yesterday afternoon, Dave Sparks explains the shocking details of how he was targeted by an environmental organization for deleting emissions equipment on diesel engines.

After nearly a decade of intense legal battles, Dave Sparks recently found himself in solitary confinement at the Salt Lake County Jail in Utah, after being arrested by U.S. Marshals at the airport for contempt of court.
